The vineyards are available individually, providing flexibility for purchasers seeking a stand-alone acquisition, or collectively as a strategic portfolio.

Fairhall Vineyard

Located at 530 New Renwick Road, Fairhall, the 148ha property is 9km west of Blenheim and has a proven growing environment with premium soils, excellent connectivity, and proximity to Marlborough's key wine production and service hubs.

With just under 130ha of planted area, the vineyard produces exceptional flavour profiles and has undergone redevelopment with a good vine age balance and varietal mix.

Varieties include sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot gris, and a small parcel of pinot meunier. The property also benefits from a favourable irrigation consent.

Fairhall is a smartly configured vineyard that provides operational efficiency and is well supported by sheds, staff amenities, infrastructure, and 12 four-blade frost fans.

Omaka Vineyard

Positioned within the renowned Omaka Valley sub-region at 487 Hawkesbury Road, this 21.1ha vineyard combines productive growing conditions and a desirable lifestyle location with long-term investment appeal.

The surrounding area is recognised for producing premium fruit and the offering is underpinned by a grape supply agreement with an international wine company to the end of the 2035 vintage.

The property is held in two separate adjoining titles of 11.41ha and 9.7ha with direct access from Hawkesbury Road. The vineyard consists of 9.23ha of pinot noir and 10.6ha of sauvignon blanc.

Sitting 16km south-west of Blenheim, this vineyard serves as an ideal acquisition opportunity for an existing portfolio or syndicated investment in the desirable Southern Valleys.

Renwick & Woodbourne Vineyards

The largest offering is located at 819 Middle Renwick Road and includes the Renwick and Woodbourne Vineyards.

Held in three titles, this property spans 163.82ha and has 135ha of mixed plantings, including sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot noir, and a small parcel of sauvignon gris and pinotage.

Boasting high-quality soils that support excellent growing conditions in the Wairau Plains, the asset has over 1.7km of prime road frontage in one of Marlborough's most tightly held wine locations.

The property offers buyers the opportunity to secure a holding of true scale, and it also benefits from existing sheds, amenities, and infrastructure that assist its operational functionality.

Poswillo says these vineyards form part of the industry that has put Marlborough on the world stage for wine defined by its distinctive flavours and quality.

"It is rare to find assets of this scale in one of the world's leading wine regions and these properties will appeal to investors, wine companies, and growers seeking exposure to New Zealand's pre-eminent wine-growing region," Poswillo says.

"What makes this offering particularly compelling is the flexibility it provides.

"Buyers can target an individual vineyard that complements their existing operation or look at the portfolio collectively to secure meaningful scale across some of Marlborough's most recognised viticultural areas."
