• Fully occupied with structured, market and performance growth
• WALT (excluding storage component): 8.45 years by income
Auckland’s drive to higher density housing and the rapid growth in apartment and townhouse numbers is creating enduring demand for convenient and secure offsite storage solutions. 43 College Hill offers a unique combination of flexible self-storage, specialised temperature and humidity-controlled wine storage, exclusive wine bar and restaurant plus high-security safety deposit boxes. In addition, there is long-term complementary passive income stream from advertising and telecommunication networks.
Fully refurbished and repurposed just two years ago and still in its trade-up phase, the property is exceptionally well positioned to become the go-to storage and wine cellar facility for the CBD, Wynyard and Viaduct apartment precincts, as well as the affluent suburbs of Freemans Bay, Ponsonby and Herne Bay.
