•PGG Wrightson long-term tenant
•3,963sqm (approximately) freehold site
•Dual street access
•20-plus years in the same premises
A long-standing national tenant and fresh lease commitment underpin this substantial Te Kuiti investment.
PGG Wrightson has occupied 57 Rora Street for more than 20 years, operating its rural services business from approximately 1,270 sqm of buildings on a sizeable 3,963 sqm freehold site.
The tenant has committed to a renewed term through to 31 May 2030, with four further three-year rights of renewal, providing the potential for occupation through to 2042. The lease also provides for CPI and market rent reviews.
Dual access from Rora and Taupiri Streets provides practical access for customers, staff and deliveries, while the large site accommodates the day-to-day requirements of this established rural business.
For investors, the combination of a recognised national tenant, more than two decades of occupation and a fresh lease commitment provides a strong regional investment proposition.
