Ilam Mews presents a rare opportunity to secure purpose-built student accommodation within Christchurch's premier university precinct.
Located just 700 metres from the University of Canterbury, the development comprises 155 unit-titled residences, including studio and one-bedroom apartments and four, five and six-bedroom terrace homes. Investors can acquire individual residences or secure multiple dwellings in a single transaction.
Purpose-built student accommodation continues to benefit from growing enrolments, limited accommodation supply and increasing demand for professionally managed living environments. Ilam Mews has been specifically designed to meet this demand, providing investors with access to a resilient and undersupplied market.
