• Substantial town centre opportunity with concept plans prepared for a multi-level mixed-use complex
• Flexible configuration options allowing purchase of the entire project or individual floors/tenancies to suit occupier requirements
• Secure commercial or residential units to whole floors or the entire project
78 George Street presents a rare opportunity to secure a strategically positioned development site with comprehensive concept plans already prepared. The proposed scheme contemplates a substantial multi-level development comprising a mix of commercial, office and residential accommodation, providing a strong foundation for a purchaser to tailor the project to their own requirements.
The current concept incorporates ground-floor commercial tenancies, upper-level offices and residential accommodation, together with lift access, common areas and on-site parking. Importantly, the design offers considerable flexibility and could be reconfigured to suit a wide range of occupiers or investment strategies.
Potential uses include accommodation, healthcare facilities, diagnostic and imaging services, specialist consulting rooms, professional offices, aged care or assisted living accommodation, hospitality, education and training facilities, or an entirely different mixed-use format subject to the purchaser's requirements and necessary approvals.
