Two purpose-built quick-service restaurants (QSRs) in Hamilton that are under construction and due for completion later this year are available for purchase, offering buyers the opportunity to acquire an investment with two nationally renowned tenants.

Positioned on one of Hamilton s busiest commercial transport corridors, the subject location benefits from exceptional exposure to high daily traffic volumes, strong connectivity to the Waikato Expressway, and convenient access from northern and western Hamilton.
Colliers Brokers Alan Pracy and Justin Oliver have been exclusively appointed to market the property for sale via tender, closing at 4pm on Wednesday 2 September, unless sold prior.
The asset is surrounded by established businesses and shopping options, including The Base, one of New Zealand s largest shopping centres, which is home to a range of big-name retailers such as Farmers, The Warehouse, and Mitre 10. There is also a 24/7 Kmart and New World supermarket nearby.
One of the neighbouring sites has been consented for a Pak nSave with construction expected to begin shortly that will likely serve as a major drawcard to attract people to the area.

Oliver, Associate Director at Colliers Hamilton, says northern Hamilton is an area that is quickly changing and nearby Rotokauri is a suburb targeted for more housing, which will drive population growth.
