Tim Bull has joined Colliers as the Auckland Director of Investment Sales.
With over a decade of experience in the property industry, Bull brings a proven track record to the organisation, having most recently specialised in the sales and leasing of assets across South Auckland.
Bull’s arrival at Colliers represents a key strategic leadership appointment and highlights the company’s commitment to recruiting market leaders.
The Colliers Investment Sales team works with owners, investors, developers, owner-occupiers, and tenants to provide expert property solutions.

They have experience across a wide range of commercial assets, and their reach extends to various corners of the city.
While there is a strong core of Brokers based in the CBD office, the team has experts covering the city through to Pukekohe and is complemented by a South Auckland office.
“I have spent a good amount of time in the industry and worked with some outstanding clients, and I look forward to building new relationships within Colliers,” Bull says.
“Having the chance to lead the Investment Sales team is a unique opportunity, and I am excited about playing a role in the continued growth of the team.”
Bull says despite the wider global economic headwinds, there is still plenty of capital available in New Zealand.
“In Auckland city, there’s a chance for a number of assets to be repositioned – particularly those with underlying land value – so they can meet future demand around growing international student numbers or capitalise on the possibilities the City Rail Link will deliver.
“With interest rates at the bottom of the cycle, and price expectations between vendors and purchasers coming closer, now is an excellent time to divest an asset. Having hit the bottom of the cycle, we are beginning an upswing, and savvy investors will be assessing their options.
“There are also development opportunities for brownfield sites, with a growing requirement for build-to-rent, residential, or purpose-built student accommodation in Auckland.”
Gareth Fraser, CEO of Colliers New Zealand, says Bull will make a strong addition to the business.
“Tim’s track record speaks for itself, and he has established himself as a market leader with his activity and deal volume across various parts of the property sector in Auckland,” Fraser says.
“I am confident he will be an exceptional leader for our Investment Sales team and set the tone for the group. We look forward to watching his career grow and develop at Colliers.”
