CBRE has appointed Richard Larman as Associate Director of Property Management, focusing on industrial and logistics assets.
Richard brings a wealth of experience spanning industrial asset management, property development and lease negotiation to CBRE. He has expertise in strategic advisory, risk management and stakeholder engagement across sectors including construction, real estate and investment.
Graeme Lundie, National Director of Property Management at CBRE New Zealand, said Richard’s appointment builds on CBRE’s existing capability in industrial property management.
