“You drive into the garage, which is also the entry level. Then down half a flight of stairs, the ground level offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry and patio,” explains Gordon.

“Back up from the entry half a floor, is the kitchen, dining and lounge area, then up again above the garage is the master suite with walk-in robe and ensuite, plus the guest toilet.”

Harcourts agents Amy Wagstaff and Abbey Collins are marketing the properties and are excited about being able to offer more options for the many retirees in the area looking to live in the village.
