A superb opportunity to lease a major showroom with massive exposure to the Palmerston North ring road, approximately 80 metres from The Plaza. Ferguson Street forms part of the ring road, a primary arterial route through the central city, carrying a constant flow of cross-city traffic past the frontage from morning to night. For a tenant, that is brand exposure that works every hour the city is moving.
The building provides 925sqm of floor area and is currently configured as showroom and retail, with 597sqm at ground floor and supporting workshop space behind. Nine onsite carparks sit at the door.
The building is versatile and lends itself to a wide range of uses. The landlord will reconfigure the premises to suit an incoming tenant's requirements, subject to terms.
