Offering approximately 925sqm of versatile floor area, this substantial property presents an excellent opportunity for retailers, trade-based businesses, service providers or showroom occupiers looking for profile, space and accessibility.
The premises comprise a spacious front showroom with exposed aggregate flooring, complemented by a large rear workshop/storage area, staffroom and amenities.
Floor-to-ceiling glazed frontage provides excellent visibility into the showroom and, combined with the property’s position on the city ring road, creates outstanding opportunities for high-profile signage and business branding.
The property also benefits from nine on-site car parks, with practical rear roller door access from Donnington Street providing convenient access for deliveries and servicing.
Prominently positioned beside the intersection of Ferguson Street and Princess Street, the property sits next to Carl’s Jr and the Department of Corrections and opposite Evo Cycles. This well-established commercial location provides strong exposure to passing traffic while remaining conveniently accessible from the surrounding Palmerston North road network.
Adding further flexibility, there is also potential to reconfigure the tenancy back to office accommodation, subject to local authority approval, making the property suitable for a variety of commercial uses and occupier requirements.
