Colliers is pleased to present 12 Pope Street to the market for lease, a well-presented ground-floor office in a convenient and highly accessible location with on-site parking.
This newly refurbished ground-floor office is largely open plan and is currently divided into two separate tenancies. These can be combined to create one larger office with dual access points, or the rear tenancy could be converted into a small goods storage area. The front tenancy is entirely open plan, while the rear tenancy is largely open plan with two small private offices, both fitted with sinks. In addition to the ground-floor office space, there is a small mezzanine area featuring a generous kitchenette and shower facilities.
Amenities include five heat pumps, LED lighting, business-grade carpet, an alarm system, double-glazed windows, a roller door and built-in joinery. The building is easily accessible from Blenheim Road and is located close to Hagley Park and Tower Junction, providing excellent connectivity to Christchurch CBD and the northern and southern motorway networks.
Four private on-site car parks are available, split between the front and rear access points. An existing roller door at the rear provides the option to convert the rear tenancy into a small goods storage area.
This is a great opportunity for businesses seeking a modern, well-maintained ground-floor office with convenient access across Christchurch.
