Position your business within one of Auckland's fastest-growing commercial precincts of Drury. This substantial site offers a range of leasing opportunities tailored to occupiers seeking retail, trade, commercial, storage, or purpose-built premises in a rapidly expanding location.
Concept plans provide for retail units of approximately 100sqm each at the front of the property, creating an ideal environment for service retailers, food operators, professional services, and convenience-based businesses seeking exposure to strong future growth.
For businesses with specific requirements, the landlord will consider design-build solutions, allowing occupiers to secure purpose-built premises designed around their operational needs. Ground lease opportunities are also available, providing long-term flexibility for tenants seeking to establish a presence in this strategic location.
The existing dwelling is excluded from the offering. However, two sheds situated at the rear of the site provide immediate functionality for storage, trade operations, contractors, or businesses requiring yard and warehouse-style accommodation.
With significant residential development, infrastructure investment, and commercial growth continuing throughout Drury, this property presents an exceptional opportunity to secure space in one of South Auckland's emerging business hubs.
