Construction company Curated Build recognised the best way to establish themselves in the relaxed coastal location of Mangawhai was to get on and build stunning homes there.

The parents of three moved from Milldale to Mangawhai three years ago for both the lifestyle and the business opportunity they recognised there. “We absolutely love the whole Mangawhai lifestyle.”

“We were very careful with the home’s orientation for the sun. I love both coffee in the morning in the sun and barbecues at day’s end in the sun, both of which you can enjoy here.”
