The extras included in affordable new three-to-four bedroom completed homes Legendary Homes is selling in Karaka Village are numerous, just like the company’s Master Builder awards scrolling across their website.
Neither are necessarily what come to mind for a company building this size of home starting at $990,000.

CJ is relaxed about the fact these homes would be priced significantly higher in a booming market.

Their stylish Espan roofing is about triple the cost of normal long-run. They feature Smeg kitchen appliances, Hans Grohe tapware and fully tiled bathrooms. They even have EV car chargers installed and potable rain water collection to reuse washing cars and watering plants.
Homes have a 10-year Master Build Guarantee and are constructed of stained cedar at the front with board-and-batten fibre cement on three sides.
