The Colliers Real Estate Management Services team has welcomed a group of senior property professionals to bolster its capabilities and expertise.

The new arrivals include Director of Commercial Asset Management Duncan Christie, Senior Property Manager Kim Gorman, and Finance and Systems Director Tony Radley.

Christie will lead a team of six property and asset management professionals, including Gorman. With 23 years of experience in property management across New Zealand and the UK, he has a proven track record in leading teams and repositioning assets across various asset classes, including premium-grade properties, for a diverse client base.

“I really admired what Colliers was delivering in the market and it is incredibly exciting to work with a range of high-profile assets across New Zealand,” Christie says.

“I am looking forward to collaborating with our valued clients to provide strategic advice so they can maximise and enhance the value of their holdings.”

With nearly a decade of experience in the property industry, Gorman will be managing a mix of premium central Auckland commercial assets owned by significant investment funds and top-tier clients.

“Before joining I’d heard really good things about Colliers and taking this role provides me with some excellent development opportunities, while working with some prominent assets that are held by our key clients,” Gorman says.

Having originally studied a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Film and Image Production at the University of Leeds in England, Gorman moved into the property sector in Australia when living there on a working holiday. Rather than returning to England she moved to New Zealand in 2016 where she has developed extensive experience in property management.

Originally from Australia, Radley moved to New Zealand 12 years ago having previously worked in various finance roles at Westfield in Sydney.

In New Zealand he was recently Head of Finance with a major investment fund for Dexus (formerly AMP Capital) and has built numerous connections across the property sector.

His role at Colliers focuses on managing the finance operations for the Real Estate Management Services team that has team members in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, and expanding the team’s capabilities for major investor groups.

“Joining a well-known firm with an excellent reputation was highly appealing to me and I am pleased to have been able to reconnect with some familiar faces at Colliers.”

Richard James, National Director of Real Estate Management Services at Colliers, says adding team members with this level of collective experience will allow them to continue to provide market-leading service for their clients.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome these market leaders to Colliers and look forward to watching their careers continue to develop. We know they join us with superb track records in their respective fields and will add significant expertise to our team.”
