Located right at the heart of Riverhead, RVD is an exciting residential development that is now move-in ready. Even more appealing for buyers, it’s also being relaunched to the market at far more affordable prices than in previous campaigns.
RVD brings a new way of living to Riverhead’s picturesque semi-rural community, offering all the ease, convenience and stylish liveability of brand new terraced homes and townhouses.
There are 25 two-level, three-bedroom terraced homes (with a mix of one and two bathroom variants) and 14 two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments available for purchase.
The contemporary residences have each been architecturally designed with a strong focus on functional layouts and efficient use of space, quality materials and durable construction, and ideal indoor-outdoor flow.

Anyone familiar with RVD may have seen previous campaigns, but titles and CCC have been issued and the homes are now seriously for sale, says Ray White Commercial salesperson Lottie Smith.
“There’s been a real shift in mindset from the vendors – they want these homes gone and they will sell,” she says.
“For them it’s really important that the pricing is right and previously it hasn’t been. That’s one major factor that we’ve refreshed. We’ve carefully listened to feedback and what the market has said, and are ready to meet that now.”
As RVD is a unique proposition for Riverhead, Ray White Commercial and their vendors are committed to providing affordable, entry-level living to the beloved suburb.

“This is the first of its kind in the area – so it’s exciting to bring it to market now that it’s complete and ready to go.
“Riverhead has a really special, tight-knit community and we’re there to help the local community and help bring more people to Riverhead.”
Interiors are fresh and modern, with a neutral palette of finishes and well-proportioned spaces flowing out to outdoor areas. Each home also comes with its own parking space and a 10-Year Master Build Guarantee.
Smith explains they are using a new AI technology called Primax to ascertain the new pricing guide.
While she can’t guarantee exactly what the homes will be sold for at launch, she says that “compared to what they were being marketed for beforehand – I believe they were being marketed for about $800k for a terrace and $600k for an apartment – it’s going to be a substantial price drop”.

“I think people are going to be really pleasantly surprised when these do become available and are released for sale.”
She says they’re ideal for first-home buyers and also investors looking for an opportunity in the area they love and already enjoy a connection with.
The established neighbourhood is just footsteps from local shops and eateries, while the larger hubs of Westgate, Albany and Kumeu are a short drive away.
There’s also a renowned local school for younger children, a community hall and Memorial Park for rugby, cricket and athletics. The Riverhead Forest is also a haven for bushwalkers, mountain bikers and horse riders.
Although Riverhead offers a peaceful lifestyle, it’s still within an achievable commute to the CBD.
