Large Format Retail options are hard to come by in Wellington, and this option is also supremely located on Wellington’s prime CBD retail strip.
With a double width escalator directly linking you to the Golden Mile’s footpath or drive into one of the convenient car parks located at the back – access via the boutique shopping precinct of Woodward Street – both options provide attractive and accessible entry points to your business.
This is a stand-out opportunity to be able to trade on the Golden Mile, at a fraction of the rental price – with onsite parking, offering scale, affordability and exposure.
Neighbouring tenants: Aesop, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Mecca, Lulu Lemon, Foot Locker, Nike, Whitcoulls, Lorna Jane, Blue Illusion, Pascoes, Peter Alexander and more.
