A truly unique waterfront opportunity in one of Wellington's most recognisable locations.
Originally a working tug boat, this substantial vessel has been converted for use as a hospitality/commercial venue and is currently positioned at Freyberg Lagoon, Oriental Bay.
The former cafe has now closed, however the vessel retains existing kitchen facilities and substantial dining/restaurant-style spaces, providing an interesting platform for a range of potential future uses.
With its high-profile waterfront position, generous internal space and highly distinctive character, this is an opportunity unlike anything else currently available.
Key features:
- Sprawling site/occupation area
- Waterfront position at Freyberg Lagoon
- Former dining/restaurant fit-out
- Existing kitchen facilities
- Multiple internal spaces
- Potential for hospitality or alternative commercial use
- An exceptionally unique asset and location
Asking Price: $600,000 + GST (if any)
