To meet the diverse needs in today's housing market, we are offering both a short-term (one month minimum) and long-term rental opportunity. We have also significantly reduced our rent.
Included in the weekly rent is the power capped at $200.00 per month, a very generous supply of firewood, and extra fast WIFI. We also attend to all garden/lawn maintenance as and when required.
The property enjoys great sunshine, with expansive views across Lyall Bay beach, the ocean and beyond. The front deck overlooking the water, offers a perfect place for relaxing and dining.
The large and comfortable lounge/diner flows from the kitchen, alongside two double bedrooms and one bathroom. For your convenience we offer a secure storage space on the lower level, and for longer rentals, we are happy to tailor the space to fit your individual working/family needs.
Lyall Bay and the south coast have a progressive, safe and friendly vibe with an abundance of healthy living options. The coast is a popular haven for many water sports, boasting a world class surf break (on a good day) and a safe swimming beach. The extensive coastal lanes nearby are a real bonus for biking enthusiasts, with walkers also enjoying a great range of hiking opportunities in the area.
The local hospitality offers a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes, craft beer gardens and galleries, all within walking distance. Kilbirnie shopping centre is also close by. Wellington City and the hospital is a convenient short drive, or you can catch a bus, just down the road.

We have a healthy, smoke/vape free house. Our cleaning fee is $300.00 on departure. Please feel free to ask questions. References will be required.
