Acquire a turnkey signage, branded apparel and promotional products business operating under the nationally recognised Speedy Signs and Fully Promoted brands.
The business recorded approximately $774,000 in FY26 sales, with gross profit improving to around 68%. The acquisition includes approximately $215,000 of plant, equipment, vehicles and leasehold improvements.
A trained team manages sales, customer accounts, design, production and installation. With no working owner presently involved in daily operations, the business provides a purchaser with flexibility to adopt either a hands-on owner-operator role or a more commercially focused management position.
Its diverse customer base includes local businesses, trades, corporate organisations, councils, schools, clubs, tourism operators and event organisers. Repeat orders and referrals provide a solid revenue foundation, while larger signage, vehicle, apparel and event-branding projects offer additional upside.
The purchaser receives the benefits of two complementary brands operating from one location, including cross-selling opportunities, established systems, preferred suppliers, national marketing support and comprehensive franchisor training.
Growth opportunities include actively marketing to the database of more than 500 contacts, developing larger commercial accounts,
increasing local sales activity and expanding signage work across the Taupo district.
This opportunity could suit an owner-operator or an existing print, workwear, promotional products, signage or trade-supply business seeking a strategic Central North Island presence.
Vendor finance may be available to an approved purchaser.
