• Industrial premises to fit you
• Built units ready now, plus design-and-build options
• At the foot of the SH1 on-ramp, Broadlands Road
• Work with the developer to tailor new builds
• Landlord open to negotiation on terms
This industrial precinct sits at the foot of the SH1 on-ramp on Broadlands Road, with direct connections to Taupō, the wider Central North Island and national freight routes.
Some workshops are already built and ready for a tenant. At 9 Ngawha Place, units of approximately 203sqm to 319sqm have modern facades, sealed yards and two on-site car parks each. Each can be adapted to fit the way your business works.
The rest of the development site is waiting to be built around the right tenant. Ngawha Place will include tenancies of varying sizes, visible from the Eastern Taupō Arterial, along with larger units. The developer will work with you on size, layout and fit-out from the ground up.
The landlord is open to negotiation on lease terms. Call Lucy Baxter to talk through what would work for your business.
