What if owning your own business meant working just three days a week – weekdays only – and having the rest of the time to enjoy everything Te Anau and Fiordland have to offer?
Te Anau Property Maintenance is an established, hands-on property maintenance business providing a range of services to local property owners.
The business currently operates just three days per week, with no weekend work, making this an appealing opportunity for someone looking for a genuine balance between earning an income and enjoying life outside work.
Services include lawn mowing, garden and property maintenance, hedge and tree trimming, section tidies, weed spraying, irrigation work and other general outdoor maintenance.
This could be ideal for a practical owner-operator who enjoys working outdoors, or someone looking to relocate south and establish themselves in one of New Zealand’s most desirable lifestyle locations.
The opportunity:
• Asking price of just $125,000
• Currently operated three days per week
• Weekdays only – no weekends
• Established customer base and ongoing work
• Range of property maintenance services
• Equipment and systems in place
• Scope to grow the business if a new owner chooses
• Fantastic Te Anau/Fiordland lifestyle.
For an energetic new owner, there is obvious potential to take on additional work and grow the operation. Alternatively, continue with the current model and enjoy something increasingly hard to find – a business that leaves you time to enjoy your life. Three days working. Four days living.
If a move to Te Anau has been on your radar, this could be the opportunity that makes it happen.
