Known locally as The Moth, 1558A Waimea Highway is home to an iconic Southland building with a strong sense of place and an investment proposition to match.
The property is home to two established tenants - one retail and one hospitality - providing diversified income from two separate businesses. Importantly, the businesses themselves are not for sale; the opportunity is to secure the building and its existing tenancies.
Recent upgrades to the roof and heating add further appeal, providing confidence in the underlying asset while retaining the character and presence that make The Moth instantly recognisable.
For investors looking for something with income, profile and longevity, this is an opportunity to secure a commercial property with a side of Southland history.
