Situated in the heart of Portobello this convenience store is looking for new owners. Currently running as a seven-day business with a great opportunity here to enhance the current business where you could easily diversify further to fill a broad range of customer’s needs. A second kitchen at the rear of the store could very well further compliment the business as a whole or be run as a second separate takeaway business as it provides its own customer street entrance.
If you have the experience and are prepared to work hard, I’m sure the rewards should follow. This business serves the local community and tourists staying and exploring the many activities that Peninsular has on offer. The convenience business serves the Portobello community right down to Otakou and then up towards Dunedin to Broad Bay through to Macandrew Bay, being your closest similar rival business, approx. 8 Kilometres away. The store is licenced which is another bonus to any prospective purchaser.
