Positioned on the corner of High Street and Greenwood Street on Motueka's primary retail and commercial thoroughfare, 2 Greenwood Street offers a rare combination of street-front retail space and genuinely usable storage under one roof.
The retail portion presents to High Street through full-height corner display windows, delivering strong passing exposure to both vehicle and foot traffic in one of Motueka's busiest stretches. The interior is open plan and ready for a fit-out to suit.
Beside the retail area, an attached storage area is serviced by a full-height roller door with direct vehicle access — ideal for stock deliveries, workshop use, or holding plant and equipment out of sight of the shop floor. The concrete floor, high stud and clear span make it equally suited to a trade supplier, homeware or furniture retailer, e-commerce operator, or any business needing showroom and storage together.
Total floor area is approximately 153sqm across both spaces, with customer parking directly opposite and the wider Motueka retail precinct — pharmacy, supermarket and specialty retail — immediately at hand.
Motueka continues to draw steady demand off the back of horticulture, tourism and a growing residential catchment, and street-front space of this type with attached storage rarely becomes available.
