Unit 11 offers a rare mix of high-stud workshop and street-facing showroom in one of Nelson's most established industrial precincts.
The 329sqm workshop has a clear-span layout with two roller doors opening to the sealed yard, making vehicle and delivery access simple. At the front, a 65sqm showroom with full-height glazing and a covered entry gives customers a proper retail counter and display space. Upstairs, a 27sqm staffroom and 26sqm of storage keep the workshop floor free, and a 17sqm washdown area sits outside.
Six car parks come with the unit, and the two-level facade provides strong signage at the front of the complex.
The premises would suit many industries including trade supply, light engineering or any operator needing workshop and customer-facing space under one roof. Nelson Airport and Whakatu Drive are minutes away.
