CBRE is pleased to offer for lease 240 Waltham Road, a robust industrial facility in the established Waltham industrial precinct.
Following a long period of occupation by Fletcher Reinforcing, this proven manufacturing facility is now available for lease.
The property provides excellent truck access with drive-through connectivity between Mowbray Street and Waltham Road, plus three warehouse drive-through access points to the rear yard.
The warehouse offers approximately 5m clearance to the knee, significant power supply, and is well-suited to manufacturing, engineering, fabrication and other industrial users.
The landlord is undertaking a refurbishment programme including office upgrades, new double glazing, exterior repainting, and yard improvements. Seismic strengthening works have also been completed.
This is a rare opportunity to secure a large-scale industrial facility with excellent access, functional yard areas, and a central Christchurch location.
