Stage 1 of the impressive new ‘81 Buchanans’ industrial park is under-construction with the first 3 premises (Buildings 1-3) due for completion in Spring 2026.
Positioned just off State Highway 1 on the highly-sought Buchanan’s Road and Halwyn Drive in Hornby, Christchurch. Full two-way drive-through access is available from both entrances, while the significant profile and signage opportunities are rivalled by very few other offerings.
The warehouses have been designed with your business’s efficiency in mind, and provide 10m knee height warehousing, generous yard areas, multiple access points, 10m deep cantilevered canopies for dry goods unloading, and highly specified single level offices with onsite car parking.
Building 1 fronts Buchanan’s Road and as well as providing excellent signage also offers a drive-in and drive out access to Buchanan’s Road. Buildings 1 & 2 are adjoined with a common, movable dividing wall providing the opportunity to increase the area of either warehouse, or the ability to double the total warehouse area by combining the two areas.
Building 2, with excellent access off the internal private road, features a large, weather protected, secure yard. Buildings 1 & 2 are adjoined with a common, movable dividing wall providing the opportunity to increase the area of either warehouse, or the ability to double the total warehouse area by combining the two areas.
