Inside, a floor-to-ceiling glass-walled meeting room sits near the welcome reception area, with open-plan workspace beyond, and a three-quarter dividing wall discreetly defining welcoming space and work-spaces. The current layout suits ten people, which can easily be reconfigured to suit. At the rear, a tiled kitchenette has space for a bar-leaner table, kitchen and breakout area. Two heat pumps, blinds, fire sprinklers, fibre and capacity power cabling are in place, and exclusive shower facilities support active commuters.
