A substantial commercial horticultural facility offering established greenhouse infrastructure, multiple growing environments and supporting operational areas in a well-positioned Whenuapai location.
The property provides approximately 8,362sqm of identified greenhouse areas, across a range of individual growing houses of varying sizes. This configuration gives an incoming operator flexibility to accommodate multiple crops, growing methods or production stages within one established facility.

The site has been configured around commercial growing, with separate greenhouse areas allowing different production systems and crops to operate simultaneously. The information provided indicates that the NFT systems serving H13 and H15, together with the Ebb & Flow systems associated with H3 and H14, can be readily reinstated. The vendor has also advised that the rosemary and lemongrass currently grown on site meet the required quality standards for immediate retail and wholesale supply.
The range of greenhouse sizes is a particular strength. Larger houses include approximately 1,440sqm in H5, 1,125sqm in H8 and 1,080sqm in H6, complemented by numerous smaller houses that provide useful separation for propagation, specialist crops, staged production or alternative growing systems.
For established growers seeking additional production capacity, or operators looking for an opportunity to secure existing horticultural infrastructure this represents a very rare leasing opportunity.
