There aren't many gyms like this one left. Snap Fitness Mairangi Bay was built as the flagship Snap Fitness club in New Zealand - and it still looks and feels like one. Set on 914sqm with 30 dedicated car parks in one of Auckland's most affluent coastal suburbs, this is a rare piece of real estate now available to an owner ready to take it into its next chapter.
AT A GLANCE
• 914sqm training floor with 30 on-site car parks
• Purpose-built as Snap Fitness's NZ flagship club
• Over $1.7 million invested in a premium, designer fit-out
• $720K+ equipment suite: Technogym, Concept2 rowers, spin studio, body scanner, Myzone heart-rate tech
• On-site cafe and dedicated PT suite
• 24/7 access, globally recognised brand and member app
THE FACILITY
A full 914sqm floor allows a genuine free-weights area, dedicated strength zones, a spin studio, and open cardio space - without the cramped feel typical of 24-hour gyms. Designer changerooms, a street-facing cafe, and a purpose-fitted PT suite complete a facility chosen as Snap Fitness's flagship template for New Zealand. The 30 on-site car parks give members guaranteed, easy parking any hour of the day.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The fit-out, equipment, location, and brand infrastructure are all in place. Current membership sits below the level this site was built to support, offering genuine, achievable upside for an owner focused on rebuilding the member base and re-energising the cafe and PT offering. This is a value opportunity for a buyer ready to put in the work - not a fully optimised turnkey operation.
