It was a case of divine timing for Wellington shift worker Quinn, who entered the OneRoof Suzuki Fronx competition on a whim one evening.
“I’m really into property and am always sitting on OneRoof scrolling through. I opened the app to have a look and the ad for the chance to win popped up.”
Although he’s usually sceptical about inputting details online, he took a chance on OneRoof.
“The very next morning I got a phone call saying I’d won – I still didn’t really believe it until I saw the confirmation email,” he laughs.

The competition is running throughout the month of September, with OneRoof giving away three all-new Suzuki Fronx SUVs, each worth $31,999.
Once the news had time to sink in, Quinn’s next big task was to decide which colour car to drive away in.
“I got a choice of colours but I’ve gone with black, it just looks clean. I’m picking it up from Brendan Foote Supersite in Petone.”
The proud Hataitai resident loves where he lives.
“It’s just out of town enough to be quiet but is still close to the city and handy to the beach.”

Papamoa resident Dana was the lucky recipient of the second Suzuki Fronx and is still recovering from the surprise.
“Oh my gosh I still can’t believe it,” she says.
“I subscribe to the OneRoof email and was browsing and thought, ‘that’s a cool competition – I’m definitely not going to win, but I’ll enter anyway’.”
She’s never owned a new car before and has also opted for classic black as her colour of choice. She’s picking it up from the Tauranga Motor Company Suzuki dealership.

Dana purchased her first home in Papamoa two years ago and became an avid OneRoof fan during the process.
“I started checking OneRoof a few years back when I was looking to buy but I still browse the site regularly because I’m really interested in houses and keeping up with the New Zealand market.”
She’ll definitely now look the part cruising the coastal Bay of Plenty streets in her new set of wheels.
“I love the community here in Papamoa, and the beautiful beach.”
Only one Suzuki Fronx remains in the OneRoof Suzuki Fronx competition.
