When couple Nik and Jaya were looking to move from the Bays with their young daughter, the wish list which led them to this picture-perfect family villa at 14 Entrican Avenue contained many of the classic features sought in Remuera.
Jaya says: “We wanted a larger house we could spend quality family time in but not so large that we lost each other in it. We wanted to be closer to good private schools for our daughter and knew we wanted a weatherboard house with a pool in a quiet street.
“I wanted the kids’ bedrooms to be on the same level as ours. And we were after a home with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area and seamless indoor outdoor flow, so we could easily host parties and get-togethers.”
The busy couple have ownership in and run a large-scale food business and wanted somewhere already completely renovated to a high standard.
