Having secured their dream property in 2023, competing against multiple other offers, the current owners set about upgrading and adding further value to an almost-new, award-winning, 280sqm home, which already had impeccable credentials.

Situated on a quiet Mount Albert street, the handsome painted brick and cedar exterior offers a hint as to the quality of what lies within.

“We commissioned Kelly at Rarebirds Interiors to come up with bespoke custom cabinetry for the lounge and the master bedroom. We also added decorative panelling on one of the walls, plus new carpets and curtains and were really thrilled with the results,” the owner says.

Thoughtfully designed for contemporary modern life, the home has a huge designer living and dining zone with the kitchen at its heart on the ground floor – complete with a fully-equipped walk-through pantry to make entertaining easy.
