The first release of KiwiBuild apartments available to purchase in new Northcote development Elevation is immediately proving popular.

Elevation’s two-bedroom KiwiBuild apartments start at $604,000 for 58sqm apartments with 8.5sqm to 25sqm balconies or patios. The $675,000 KiwiBuild apartments are 70sqm with 8.4sqm balconies and the $750,000 KiwiBuild apartments are 78sqm with 8.4sqm to 30sqm balconies or patios.

This new 183-apartment development by TLC Developments currently under construction on Lake Road, Northcote, consists of two side-by-side buildings and uniquely utilises modular construction.

Its buildings, Onewa and Onepoto, take their names from nearby reserves they are situated between. It will offer a mixture of KiwiBuild apartments and normal market apartments of one, two and three bedrooms, also available to purchase now.

KiwiBuild buyers can choose to purchase a secure basement car park for $55,000, with an optional over-bonnet storage unit for $7500.
