Every inch a Northlander, Todd has a proven sales and service background in the rural industry and specifically in rural Northland.

Todd not only has an in-depth understanding of the needs of farmers, but long-standing relationships established over many years. His vast network of contacts will be a great asset to him in his role as a member of the Bayleys Country team.

With a genuine warmth for, and affinity with, rural folk, Todd enjoys working with them. An affable person with brilliant communication skills and a highly professional business approach.

During his career Todd, has represented a multi-national animal health company a job that saw him interacting with and forming relationships with farmers from all over Northland. In recent years, Todd has been a business and practice manager for a leading Northland veterinary organisation. 

It’s all about the people and the community for Todd, this is evidenced by his mantra of “giving back”. Living and farming in Arapohue, Todd and his young family are involved in the Kaipara sporting and rural communities. Barely a weekend goes by where Todd is not playing senior club cricket, allowing the younger, faster and hungrier cricketers the pleasure of taking his wicket!
