I am a highly skilled negotiator with over 40 years' experience covering property management, project management and lease and contract negotiation. I have a Bachelor of Property Administration from Auckland University and am a Fellow of the Property Institute of NZ. My wife Anna and I have lived on a lifestyle property near Waiuku for over 20 years. It is where we raised our two children and I know what makes this area special. I have a passion for my local community and have been on the Board of Trustees for Waipipi Primary School and was president of the Waiuku Squash Club for four years.
