Paul recently sold a family property at the Pines for us and could not have made the whole undertaking any easier. His professional, informed approach gave a fully transparent and comprehensive process. We were always kept fully informed of all aspects of the marketing and of the interest in the property. Given that the apartment was vacant and was in need of some TLC, we enlisted the necessary painting, cleaning and decorating contractors to bring it up to the standards the market expected. We have had the pleasure dealing with Paul from both the buyer and vendor points of view.
Recently he sold a rental property in Royal Oak for us. This went remarkably well and stress-free considering we were about to go overseas when our tenants gave us notice. In Paul’s capable hands it went smoothly and we were kept well informed at every stage, and well advised with the marketing.
We had initially thought a fixed asking price would be easiest, but after seeing the property Paul asked us to consider an auction. This achieved a sale price considerably more than we had anticipated. Paul’s knowledge proved invaluable and his attention to detail impeccable. There was considerable interest and therefore a lot of questions, building inspections performed etc. which would have been very time consuming we think, for Paul.
