We are so sad to be leaving this amazing home that has served us so well
The House:
It is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath top flat that includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, heat pump, HRV throughout the home, off-street car park (plus lots of on-street parking), bus stop right outside, backyard and lots of afternoon sun
The Rooms:
1 bedroom with an ensuite
2 large bedrooms at the front
1 smaller bedroom
Each room features high ceilings and smoke alarms. There is plenty of space to fit at least a queen-sized bed in each room.
Bond is 2 weeks' rent = $2000
Move-in date:
We are pretty flexible, just looking for a group to take over by the end of October/start of November. We are happy to adjust this for the right people.
The lease will be until the 5th of February; if you want to stay on longer, you can discuss it with the landlords after that.
We are looking for a respectful group to take over; we have been in this flat while completing university degrees and working. The commute to all campuses and the city is super quick and simple. The bus is literally outside the door. Our landlords are very friendly and accommodating, so a smooth transition is a definite.
