RJH have just completed a full refurbishment of this attractive and well-appointed building.
The building has been seismically remediated and has undergone a major refurbishment that puts it amongst the best offerings in the market.
A major upgrade of in-house facilities has also been undertaken, with a new tenant gym, showers, bathrooms and lockers all available. The lobby has been substantially upgraded with a new café/wine bar complementing the new modern lobby.
A number of floors have just been leased, with the fit-outs fine examples of what can be done in this building.
The remaining floors are available with a new high-quality base build (lights, ceiling, carpet) and fitout by negotiation.
The mid and upper floors provide stunning harbour front views and the building also benefits from a shared courtyard.
This listing is for two adjacent floors, levels 8 and 9 which can provide for an organisation of circa 100 staff. The floors can be inter connected. Besides these floors there are limited other floors remaining for lease.
Tenants in the RJH portfolio benefit from modern end of trip facilities including showers, gyms and changing rooms.
