Approximately 95sqm of prime retail space sits at the beating heart of Wellington's most vibrant commercial strip - and it rarely comes up.
Cuba Street doesn't just attract foot traffic, it generates it. Day and night, seven days a week, thousands of Wellingtonians and visitors pour through this iconic precinct - past the boutiques, the award-winning restaurants, the bars, the cafés and the creative businesses that have made Cuba Street a destination in its own right. This is the kind of location where passing trade becomes loyal trade, and where simply opening your doors puts you in front of the city's most engaged and free-spending audience.
At approximately 95sqm, the premises are compact enough to fit out efficiently and large enough to make a real statement - surrounded on all sides by some of Wellington's best-known operators whose own success only adds to the energy and draw of the strip.
