Natural timbers run throughout, cedar, birch, totara, pine, walnut, jarrah, while outside, Abodo timbers wrap the courtyard and entrance and grey ironbark posts and decking from Tasmania ground the architecture.

Two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, a large master with external access to the courtyard and large picture windows maximising the amazing views, a beautifully appointed bathroom with underfloor heating, and a separate laundry complete the lower level. Access the stairs with cleverly designed built in shelving to the upper level to a third bedroom, office or creative space, a thought-provoking zone.

The home runs on smart, sustainable systems. Multiple water tanks provide ample water to the home allowing an abundant supply for the gardens and land. A Stiebel Eltron heat-recovery ventilation system keeps the place fresh and warm, while a Naturalflow wastewater setup eliminates the need for a septic tank.
