YOUR OWN SLICE OF NEW ZEALAND WILDERNESS

If you're passionate about native bush, four-wheel driving, hunting or simply getting away from it all, this property is for you.

Set across an impressive 14.81 hectares, this unique holding offers approximately 7 hectares of grazable land, with the balance in established native bush. With no covenants, there's flexibility to make the most of the land, whether that's for animals, recreation or your own lifestyle plans.

As you arrive, you'll find a lockable half-round barn complete with three-phase power, stock loading yards and a stony-bottom stream. Take the kids to see the glow worms at night! From here, a well-formed gravel driveway winds its way up through the property, showcasing the established native bush.

Tucked away beneath the tree canopy is a rustic, off-grid-style hut. The structure incorporates tree trunks sourced from the property, while a clever ha-ha creates an uninterrupted outlook. The hut offers one bedroom, a kitchenette with island bench and running water, a fireplace and shower.(all unpermitted). Outside, there's a deck offering peace and privacy, along with a lean-to carport and pizza oven.

While the rustic hut offers a wonderful escape, there is also an opportunity to create something more permanent. Potential building sites include a convenient location near the barn or an elevated position on the knoll, capturing incredible views across the valley.

And then there's the bush itself. Two impressive Kauri stand tall amongst a collection of native trees, including Puriri, Rata, Totara, Rimu, Matai, Rewarewa, Miro, Nikau, Tanekaha, Tawa, Kanuka and Pukatea.

Nature is part of everyday life here. A large duck pond adds to the setting, with access to neighbouring DOC land. Morepork can be seen chasing Puriri moths across the lawn, while Kereru, Tui, Kingfishers and Fantails are among the birdlife.

Despite the feeling of being a world away, you're still within easy reach of local amenities and attractions. The rejuvenated Red Fox is nearby, while Pokeno is approximately 31km (25 minutes), Thames 40km (34 minutes) and Pukekohe 42.3km (37 minutes) away.

This is a special piece of New Zealand, offering space to explore, room to breathe and an opportunity to reconnect with nature.

A rare opportunity to own your own piece of native New Zealand wilderness.
