Former Church, Two Titles, 2350m² – Warrington

Auction Location: LJ Hooker, 63 Musselburgh Rise Dunedin

Built in the 1910s as a church, this Warrington landmark has been thoughtfully converted into a home with real presence, just moments from the northern shores of Blueskin Bay.

The original craftsmanship is the first thing you notice: detailed woodwork, soaring ceilings and the original windows, all carefully kept while the home has been brought up to modern living standards. The main living space is open, light-filled and unlike anything you'll find in a standard build.

Upstairs, a loft provides a second living area, ideal as a home office, a reading retreat or simply a quiet place to take in the outlook.

The property sits across two titles with a combined 2350m² of land, giving you room to garden, spread out or explore future options. A large additional garage adds serious flexibility as a workshop, studio, storage or a home for the boat, the cars or the next big project.

It's a rare chance to own a piece of Warrington's history, in a peaceful coastal setting just a short drive from Dunedin.

The owners' next move is confirmed. Offers prior to auction will be considered.
