The Wales Collection: Single Level New Homes

Tucked into one of Dunedin's most established and sought-after suburbs, the Wales Collection is a boutique pairing of two architecturally designed single level homes. Designed for buyers who value quality, comfort and a beautifully considered lifestyle, this is a rare opportunity to secure a brand-new home in the heart of Māori Hill.

Each residence offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and internal-access single garaging, all on one easy level. Single-level new builds are almost impossible to find in this location.

Under construction now, you can secure your new home with only a 10% deposit now and the balance is only due when your new home is complete in about late 2026. For many, this provides great peace of mind in that you can secure your next home now and still have plenty of time to prepare and sell your existing home.

North-facing living areas draw in sun and warmth from morning through to evening, while high-pitched ceilings rising to 3.5 metres and over-height joinery create a real sense of space and light. Private outdoor living and easy-care decked courtyards complete the picture.

Inside, every finish has been carefully chosen. Custom kitchen joinery with stone benchtops, Fisher & Paykel appliances, tiled bathrooms with underfloor heating, ducted heat pump heating and cooling, and quality finishes throughout. Built with low-maintenance exterior cladding to exceed Healthy Homes standards, and wired for solar, EV charging and ultra-fast internet.

The location speaks for itself. Māori Hill is consistently one of Dunedin's most desirable suburbs, with John McGlashan College, Columba College, Balmacewen Intermediate and Māori Hill School all within walking distance, alongside the Otago Golf Club, Mercy Hospital, and some of the city's best cafes and restaurants. The CBD is just 10 minutes away.

Ideal for downsizers, retirees wanting a single-level brand-new low-maintenance home, professionals, and also ideal for those wanting a Dunedin lock-and-leave home with intentions to permanently live in Dunedin in the future.

With only two homes available, opportunities like this don't come around often. So get in touch today for the full information pack which includes plans, specifications and pricing.
