Summer cropping has previously included chicory and turnips, though the farm is now all in grass. Approximately 20 hectares of grass silage are made annually. Pasture regrassing is carried out as required, with the full 110 hectares having been completed. The property is presently operated by a 50/50 sharemilker who has been in place for 13 years, reflecting the stability and performance of the operation. Included in the sale are approximately 17 hectares of 25-year-old Pinus radiata, ready for harvest, offering an additional income opportunity.
