Water and wifi is included. Electricity is metered and is due once the monthly bills come in. There is free on and off street parking but there is no immediate need for a car since shops and restaurants are relatively close by.
Flexible terms: A period of around 3 to 5 months is what we would prefer but that can change.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the cottage that is listed here as well has more limited availability options, yet applications are welcome. What appeals there is the private garden setting and its 'living roof'. Double glazed, slightly tinted windows and glass doors create an intimate connection to the gardens. There is underfloor heating as well as a small log burner for cosiness. A few steps up is a sleeping area with one Queen and a simple single futon bed.
