Grow Your Future

Glasshouses, tunnel houses, established fruit plantings and room to grow - this is an opportunity to take over an established market garden with the hard work of setting up already done.

Set on 7,532m², the property has been producing a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables, including strawberries, boysenberries, blackberries and raspberries, alongside asparagus, carrots, lettuce, capsicums and tomatoes. With glasshouses and tunnel houses providing scope for year-round cultivation, there is plenty here to build on and make your own.

The infrastructure includes a packhouse, cultivation hut, boiler, fertiliser distribution system and shed, along with an extensive range of machinery and plant. Establishing an operation like this from the ground up would take considerable time and investment. With the current owner ready to move on, the opportunity is here to step into an existing set-up and take it forward.

With interest in locally grown produce continuing to create opportunities for growers, this property will appeal to those looking to establish or expand a horticultural business, or to anyone with a passion for growing and a vision for what could be achieved.

If you have been looking for an opportunity to turn your growing ambitions into something more, this established Marlborough market garden is well worth a closer look.
