Set across approximately 20ha overlooking the beautiful Port Levy Inlet, this enchanting property offers a unique blend of history, character and contemporary comfort. Whether you’re seeking a work-from-home haven, weekend retreat, retirement oasis or self-sufficient lifestyle, the options are yours.

Built in the 1930s, the home retains its period charm with original leadlight windows, wood panelling, dado rails, ceiling roses and chandeliers, complemented by thoughtful modern updates including double glazing, insulation and radiator heating. The well-appointed kitchen flows to generous open-plan dining and living, with French doors opening to a substantial covered veranda capturing sweeping coastal and rural views.

Three generous bedrooms are complemented by two bathrooms, including a beautifully appointed second bathroom with clawfoot bath overlooking the gardens. Mature gardens provide privacy and colour, with magnolias, rhododendrons, camellias and original trees adding to the property's timeless appeal.

The land is well suited to lifestyle living, with easy-contoured grazing, cattle yards, vegetable gardens, tunnel house, fenced orchard and dedicated woodlot. An excellent water supply from three sources supports the home, stock and gardens. A two-bay shed with lean-to provides useful storage for boats, an RV and recreational equipment, while garaging, workshop and double carport add practicality.

Continue the existing grazing lease for income or make the property your own. With sealed road access, cell phone and internet coverage, plentiful birdlife, a stony stream and the coast at your doorstep, this is a peaceful and private setting where the good life comes naturally.
